• Proficient with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and familiar with project management software development tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects and work assignments.
• Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
• Ability to conduct fact finding research, to work independently, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Proficiency in project management principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure.
• Ability to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, mapping of business processes, use cases, task and workflow analysis.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow, and other activities relating to the continuous improvement of processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• 5 years of professional experience managing IT projects using the Project Management Institutes current Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Develop and monitor project plans supporting the successful completion of each respective phase within this overall project.
• Monitor Division of IT Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) compliance, including Project Management.
• Oversee development and recording of meeting agendas, decision point documentation and meeting summaries for all project Teams, as applicable.
• Disseminate information to all Team members through transmittal methods directed by the Client per the project communication plan.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures in the use of the Client network and resources.
• Business analysis experience is preferred.

Education

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
