Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with administration of Oracle databases on Linux, Unix and Windows platforms.
• Experience in migration of Oracle databases from Windows to Unix Platforms.
• Experience with installing / configuring Oracle and SQL Server systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle database management.
• Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding and documentation.
• Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.
• Understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
• Set and maintain database standards.
• Performance tuning of database systems.
• Install, upgrade, patching, and manage database applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
• Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
