Required Skills and Experience

• Participate in the design, development, maintenance, and end-user support for SharePoint sites, including libraries, lists, metadata, and workflows.
• Knowledge of Web development concepts using SharePoint Designer 2007/2010/2013, HTML, XML, Visual Basic, CSS, SQL, C#, C++, ASP.NET.
• Experience with SharePoint Features including but not limited to: Document/Project management, Shared Calendars, MS office integration (Access, Excel, Publisher, Visio, PowerPoint, etc...), Views, InfoPath for forms.
• Configure SharePoint appropriately to execute content rules, security permissions, etc.
• Participate in the analysis, design, documentation, deployment, and configuration of custom SharePoint solutions.
• Manage the implementation of SharePoint updates and service packs.
• Ensure appropriate levels of training related to SharePoint while striving for high levels of system intuitiveness and usability.
• Performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex SharePoint problems, recommends, and implements corrective solutions.
• Manage and address SharePoint Incidents, Requests, and Changes using Service Now through formal Change management processes.
• Integrate SharePoint with a variety of internal and external data sources; Facilitate SharePoint content migration.
• Ability to work effectively with users to identify and document requirements for the maintenance or development of computer systems.

Education

• Associate Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Or equivalent work experience.
