- Provide superior support services by overseeing monitoring, maintenance, tracking, reporting, system performance and problem resolution for the CRM platform.
- Extensive experience in implementing large scale Salesforce Projects.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce Solutions to manage projects from end to end for Federal agencies.
- Experience managing the project delivery of CRM implementations within a consulting environment, preferably Salesforce.com implementations.
- Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementation/integration projects.
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
- Previous experience leading the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects is desirable.
- Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform using Community portals, etc.
- Solid experience with several technologies including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.
- Implementation Experience with MuleSoft integration is desired.
- Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability.
- Helps to define key operational metrics, develops reporting and cadence.
