Kyra Solutions was happy to provide Florida Department of Health (DOH) with a Salesforce Public Sector Solution for their new FRAME program.
The FRAME program is designed to process applications, determine eligibility, and make awards for its goal: “to encourage qualified medical professionals to practice in underserved locations of the state.” The solution serves as a core application and platform for the DOH's new program, enabling them to quickly and efficiently provide student loan reimbursement to eligible applicants in less populated areas of the state. It streamlines the backend processes and sets the program up for success as it continues to grow.
By utilizing Salesforce PSS, Kyra Solutions was able to configure and implement this solution in approximately 5 months. Designed with system interoperability in mind, FRAMEworks enables applicants to verify their active medical professional license with the Agency's Medical Quality Assurance Division. By validating this information at the beginning of the application, the DOH provides transparency and clarity; plus, they benefit from efficiencies through workflow automations. The web portal has been a great success, processing account creation and application requests for medical professionals across the state since its launch on February 1, 2023.
