ROADSIDE SOLUTIONS – STANDARD PRICE LIST

Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: This price list is valid for ninety (90) days from the “Effective Date” shown above unless superseded by a later revision or a signed quotation.
2. Currency & Taxes: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and other government levies, which shall be added at invoicing where applicable.
3. Pricing Basis: Unit prices reflect standard hardware/software configurations as described. Site-specific engineering, civil works, power/network provisioning, permitting, and nonstandard integrations are quoted separately.
4. Set-up & Configuration: Unless stated otherwise under “Pricing Model,” set-up, configuration, travel, and training are additional and will be quoted based on site survey.
5. Payment Terms: Standard terms are 50% advance upon purchase order, 40% upon delivery, and 10% upon commissioning/acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Lead Time: Lead times shown are estimates from date of confirmed purchase order and receipt of advance payment and are subject to product availability and site readiness.
7. Warranty: Warranty periods commence from the date of system commissioning/acceptance and cover manufacturing defects under normal use; they exclude damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure.
8. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Where indicated, MOQ applies per site or per purchase order; custom solutions may carry separate minimums.
9. Price Revisions: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to components, freight, tariff, or currency fluctuations. The prices in effect at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
10. Custom & CV Use Cases: Computer-vision use cases beyond the standard catalog are scoped and priced individually following technical requirements review.
11. Volume / Government Discounts: Discounts for multi-site deployments, framework agreements, or public-sector procurement are available upon request and subject to separate agreements.
12. Quotations: This document is a reference price list and does not constitute a binding offer. A formal, signed quotation or contract governs any specific transaction.
13. Support & Maintenance: Annual maintenance/support (AMC) plans, spare parts, and extended warranty options are available separately and are not included in listed unit prices unless specified.
14. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality: All specifications, pricing, and materials herein are proprietary and confidential and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without written consent.
