How Does It Work?

  1. Visit: Kyra Referrals.
  2. Fill in the details: Position, candidate's contact, location, and availability.
  3. Submit! It's that easy.
  • Referral Bonus is applicable for full-time and long-term (at least 1000 work hours) positions.
  • Referral Payout: $1,000 on the 30th day after the completion of one month of service by the referred candidate.
  • Retention Payout: $1,500 on the 30th day after completion of six months (min. 1,000 work hours) of service by the referred candidate.
  • The referring team member and the referred candidate must work with Kyra on the payout day.
  • The candidate must be new to Kyra. Only the first submission is eligible for the bonus if multiple team members refer the same candidate.
  • Referring team members should know the referred candidate personally and have reasonable knowledge of their skills, work experience, attitude, ethics, etc.
  • Lobbying to the client to select the referred candidate is strictly prohibited.
  • To avoid conflict or perception of conflict, you must exclude yourself from any selection, decision-making, or hiring processes related to the position where you referred the candidate.
  • There must be no ethical conflicts.
  • Any activity related to this program should not be done during work hours, on client premises, or using any client property (phone, email, computer, etc.).
  • You will be prohibited from participating in this referral program if you violate any of the above items.
  • All amounts indicated are gross/pre-tax amounts. The contract mechanism under which you provide services to Kyra will be followed to process the payouts.
  • Kyra reserves the right to modify/suspend the referral program at any time.
  • The candidate must be new to Kyra. Candidates who applied for positions in the past or who are already in our CRM do not qualify as a new referral. 
  • Kyra’s management, support staff, or any staff member with their job duties associated with Kyra’s recruiting department, directly or indirectly, are excluded from this program.

If you encounter an issue, you can alternatively submit it via email by following the steps below:

  • Send an email to referrals@kyrasolutions.com
  • In the subject line, include the words “Employee Referral.” 
  • In the body of the email, include the position title, the candidate’s contact information, current location, and availability.
